🔄 Bikyse Return & Refund Policy

At Bikyse, we want every rider to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day return and refund policy has you covered.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, labels, and tags attached.

For safety reasons, certain protective gear (e.g., helmets) cannot be returned if opened or used.

📦 How to Start a Return

with your order number.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any for international orders) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.

Used or damaged items not due to our error.
