Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Options & Costs
Standard Shipping (UK): ✅ Free on all orders.
Delivery Time (UK): Estimated 3–8 business days.
International Shipping: Currently not available (coming soon).
🌍 Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
🛡️ Order Tracking & Security
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — Bikyse is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
📬 Undeliverable or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may leave a collection note or reschedule.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
❌ Restrictions
For safety reasons, some large bikes or oversized items may require special handling. Customers will be informed before dispatch.
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
